Hi, I’m Dr. Sayed Hassan Bacha, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist. I completed my DPT from Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University, Islamabad. My professional experience includes clinical physiotherapy, orthopedic and manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, geriatric care, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and virtual healthcare. Alongside clinical practice, I’ve also been involved in research. One of my research studies on "probable sarcopenia among community-dwelling older adults in Pakistan" has been internationally published. My main focus as a physical therapist is to help people move better, recover stronger, and return to the activities they love. I believe physiotherapy is not just about treating pain—it’s about improving function, building confidence, and helping people live a healthier and more active life. I’m also working on **The Physio Flex by Dr. Hassan**, where my goal is to make quality physiotherapy, rehabilitation, fitness, and wellness services more accessible to people.
