1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Health & Physio ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or digital services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

HEALTH & PHYSIO IS A TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM THAT CONNECTS PATIENTS WITH INDEPENDENT HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The doctors and therapists on our platform are independent contractors, not our employees. Any medical consultation, physical therapy session, or treatment plan is an agreement strictly between you and the healthcare provider. We are absolutely not liable for any medical malpractice, misdiagnosis, physical injury, lack of improvement, or any direct or indirect damages resulting from the medical services you receive. IN CASE OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, IMMEDIATELY CALL YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY SERVICES. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM FOR EMERGENCIES.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or are using the platform under the direct supervision of a legal guardian.
  • All registration and medical information you submit is truthful, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • You will not use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  • You understand that no medical outcomes or specific recovery timelines are guaranteed by us or the providers on our platform.

3. Booking, Cancellations, and Refunds

We strive to make the booking process seamless for both in-clinic and at-home sessions. Please adhere to the following policies:

  • Cancellations by Patient: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty up to one (1) hour before the scheduled time. If you cancel within 1 hour of the appointment, or fail to show up ("no-show"), you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations by Provider: In rare cases, a healthcare provider may cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you will be notified and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or platform wallet. Processing times depend on your bank and the payment gateway. We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
  • Service Delivery: For at-home sessions, you are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for the therapist. Therapists reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe.

4. Payments and Security

All payments made through the Platform are processed by secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. Health & Physio does not store your credit card or sensitive banking details. While we use industry-standard security measures, you acknowledge that transactions over the internet are inherently vulnerable to risks such as hacking or fraud. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from unauthorized interception of your payment details by malicious third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Health & Physio, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, pain and suffering, loss of profits, data loss, or emotional distress, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your interactions with any healthcare provider found through the Platform. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, software, and underlying code on the Platform are the exclusive property of Health & Physio. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Unauthorized use, scraping, or data theft is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
